The PointClickCare Marketplace integration addresses the most significant barrier to clinical AI adoption in post-acute care: EHR connectivity. Facilities deploy GIA® with direct HL7 FHIR and API integration to their existing PointClickCare environment in under 30 minutes — no middleware, no manual data entry, no disruption to existing clinical operations.
Four data types write back to the patient’s assessment record automatically: structured screening results with ICD-10 codes, clinician-ready medical notes, a full timestamped transcript of the patient conversation, and the recorded video of the patient’s interaction with GIA®. The clinician reviews and submits. The human is always in the loop.
