Someone from your care team checking in.
Gia is a Digital Human® who calls between your visits, listens, and lets your nurse or doctor know how you are doing.

A conversation. A short one.
Your phone rings.
Gia says who she is and who asked her to call. If now is a bad time, she calls back.
You talk for a minute or two.
How you slept. How you are feeling. Whether the new medicine is sitting right. No forms, no buttons.
Your care team hears about it.
A nurse or doctor on your team reviews the call. If something needs attention, they reach out.
Your care team invited her.
Gia only calls people whose care team has set it up. You can stop the calls any time by telling Gia or your team.
Your words go to your clinicians.
Not to advertisers, not to an app store. What you say is stored under the same rules as your medical record.
Gia is a check-in, not a diagnosis.
She notices and reports. People make the decisions.
Family sees what your team releases.
If you want a family member kept in the loop, your care team can share updates after review.
Gia comes through your care team.
Health plans, clinics and care organizations offer Gia to the people they look after. Ask your nurse, doctor or care manager whether Gia check-ins are available to you.

Questions
Do I need a smartphone or an app?
No. Gia calls any phone, including a landline. If your care team offers video check-ins, they work on a tablet or TV you already have.
Can I sign up on my own?
Gia is provided through your health plan, clinic or care organization. Ask your care team whether Gia check-ins are available to you.
What if I miss the call?
Gia tries again later. If she cannot reach you, your care team is told so they can follow up.
What language does Gia speak?
Forty-four languages. Gia speaks the one you answer in.
