HARDWARE

Built into the device.

GIA® is bundled on Samsung Health Grade Galaxy devices — not downloaded, not installed, not configured. It is already there when the device arrives at your facility. Samsung DeX compatibility means any Health Grade Galaxy device becomes a full clinical workstation for GIA® assessments — at the nursing station, in the exam room, or at the bedside.

GIA® pre-bundled on Samsung DeX monitor and Galaxy phone — clinical-grade hardware ready out of the box

Pre-Bundled

GIA® ships with the device. Zero IT deployment required.

Clinical Grade

Samsung Health Grade Galaxy devices meet enterprise healthcare standards — rugged, secure, and HIPAA-ready.

Samsung DeX Ready

One device. Any environment. Bedside tablet or desktop workstation — GIA® adapts to your clinical setting.

LANGUAGE CAPABILITY

HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP

Nothing posts without a clinician.

GIA® screens. She does not diagnose. Every screening result is flagged and held for clinician review before it becomes part of the permanent medical record. The clinician opens the result in their EHR, reviews the screening data — including the conversation transcript and video — then confirms or dismisses. Only after human approval does the record update.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

EHR integration questions.

Which EHR systems does GIA® integrate with?

GIA® integrates with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Epic, Cerner, Netsmart, and American HealthTech. For any HL7 FHIR-compliant system not listed, we can establish integration through standard FHIR interfaces.

What data writes back to the EHR?

Four data types write back automatically: screening results (condition flags and severity), structured medical notes, the full conversation transcript, and recorded patient video. All are attached to the patient record for clinician review.

Does a clinician have to approve results before they post to the EHR?

Yes. Every screening result is flagged for clinician review before it becomes part of the permanent medical record. The clinician reviews, confirms or dismisses, and submits. Nothing posts without human approval.

How long does EHR integration take to set up?

For PointClickCare and MatrixCare, integration is typically completed within the deployment window. For Epic and Cerner, setup depends on your health system's integration governance process, but GIA® uses standard HL7 FHIR interfaces that most IT teams are already familiar with.

Does this require changes to our existing clinical workflow?

No. GIA® writes results into the system your team already uses. There is no new software to learn, no new login, and no new workflow. Clinicians review flagged results in the same EHR they use every day.

Is the integration HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All data transmission between GIA® and connected EHR systems is encrypted in transit and at rest, fully HIPAA compliant, and logged for audit purposes.

Your EHR Won't Screen for 46 Conditions.

But it will display the results from one that does.
